Accountability is evolving, as is the way in which we demonstrate our impact in the community. Organizations have a strong interest in taking ownership of the concepts and vocabulary surrounding impact. At the same time, it is essential to think about the components that shape the organizational culture, the posture taken, and the strengths that make the organization stand out.
