OUR OBJECTIVES

Contribute to the development of communities, organizations and individuals by supporting organizations and projects that foster capacity building and human dignity.
We pay special attention to organizations and projects that aim to empower people and organizations, building on their strengths while taking into account their unique circumstances.
We also favour initiatives that encourage the development of knowledge, be it individual or collective.

Foster social innovation, both in management processes and in projects, in a perspective of social transformation.

Innovation, and more particularly social innovation, is the subject of many definitions. The one we adopted was inspired by different actors of the innovation community. It reflects the idea that, in our view, innovation is above all a question of attitude and openness to change.

Social Innovation: An approach, practice, or action that profoundly changes the way institutions, organizations, or communities operate, in order to reduce their vulnerability.

To innovate is to be more efficient, to transform processes, to create new ways of intervening or to adapt good practices to our own reality. To innovate is to think differently, to think in an original way.
