In autumn 2023, in association with the Ville de Montréal, a giant new mural of almost 21,000 square feet will be created near the Berri-UQAM metro station to mark the 100th birthday of visual artist Françoise Sullivan.

The mural will be an original work by Françoise Sullivan, chosen by her and reproduced by MU’s artistic team. In partnership with Bibliothèque et archives nationales du Québec (BAnQ), mediation activities with young people will be organized around the artist’s life and work.

This will be the 30th mural in the “Les bâtisseur.es culturels montréalais.es” collection.
