The intervention approach preferred by Share the Warmth supports the development of the autonomy of all community members, in a context where the team constantly seeks to push back the boundaries of the existing model. Share the Warmth is a front-line organization that really cares about innovation and social  transformation, and that we often cite as an example for the quality of the thinking that underlies each of their actions. The organization is strongly rooted in the community and has very interesting outreach in the business community.
