Valcourt 2030

The Fondation J. Armand Bombardier, together with a group of stakeholders from different backgrounds, initiated the Valcourt 2030 process in April 2013, with the intention of joining forces around a development vision for Valcourt and its surroundings.
This approach took shape in a collective reflection exercise that unfolded around 4 major citizen consultations in 2015, the creation of an NPO and the elaboration, with citizens, of an action plan.
Valcourt 2030 is a group of committed citizens working to improve their living conditions and undertake projects for the well-being of all. Its slogan: “Community mobilization for the community”.
