a committed team

Every activity of the Foundation depends on commitment. This is why employee community involvement represents an important aspect of the Foundation’s organizational life.

Social Action Day

It’s a special day when staff members rally around the Foundation’s mission, strengthen their team spirit in a spirit of mutual aid and offer concrete help to organisations.

The initiatives followed one another: manual work, gardening, painting, cooking, setting up rooms, sorting foodstuffs, etc. We also organised visits to the Museum for organisations in the region.

The Employee Volunteeer Recognition Program

The Employee Volunteer Engagement Recognition Program recognizes the efforts of employees who make a social commitment to organisations through volunteer actions. The Foundation donates to the organisations in which its employees are active.

Since 2010, nearly $200,000 has been granted to 82 organisations through this program.

The Foundation’s Employee Campaign

Each year, members of staff choose to support a particular charity and mobilise to raise funds for that charity through various activities, payroll deductions, etc.
