THE COHORT

With transformation as a narrative framework, we are able to address a variety of topics and analyze them on different scales, at the level of individuals, organizations and ecosystems.

Since the cohort is intended to be a caring space for learning, reflection and inspiration, we are favouring a variety of approaches: exchanges in small and big groups, case presentations, co-development and occasional interventions by actors from the field. Since experimentation is also our watchword, new learning activities will be developed with the participants with the intention of not only supporting them in their personal reflections but also in their change processes within their organizations.

Registration for the 10th cohort is now closed. See you in May 2025 for the 11th edition!

Over a period of 7 months, a dozen NPO executive directors meet to deepen and exchange their knowledge on various issues they encounter in their daily professional lives. New models of management, storytelling, financing, communication, governance, impact… the topics are diversified and adapted to the expressed interests and needs of each cohort.
