The Groupe Paradoxe supports young people facing challenges such as school dropout, homelessness, mental health issues, or economic insecurity. By using technical careers in the performing arts and audiovisual industries as learning opportunities, the organization provides practical pathways that foster skills development, independence, and long-term inclusion.

The Foundation supports Groupe Paradoxe because of its comprehensive approach that brings together psychosocial support, paid training, transitional housing, and meaningful work experience. By creating opportunities for young people to build confidence, develop their potential, and actively participate in their communities, the organization promotes lasting integration and contributes to a more inclusive society.
