Kéroul
Since 1979, Kéroul has been working to make tourism and culture accessible to people with disabilities. Its Service complice program, aimed at students in tourism, culture, design, and related fields, seeks to improve hospitality and services for this clientele. The training covers various types of disabilities, accessibility barriers, appropriate attitudes, and inclusive service techniques. Beyond raising awareness among future professionals, it represents a major step forward in reducing inequalities, promoting social inclusion and educational success. Kéroul aims to expand its offerings to the fields of planning, architecture, and interior design by developing specialized educational materials. The goal is to reach 1,800 students over three years.
