Le GRIS Montréal

Le GRIS counts on a very dynamic support network and succeeds in obtaining high visibility. It takes great pride in its ability to mobilize a large number of individual donors, who act as ambassadors and ensure its financial autonomy. Le GRIS values constant improvement of its processes by evaluating its methods so it can upgrade them according to the needs.
The intervention model adopted by Le GRIS is recognized throughout Québec and led to the creation of GRIS Estrie. The work of these organizations is all the more important, given that statistics still show a marked preponderance of suicides among gay and lesbian youth. By its inclusive approach, which encourages questions without judgment, Le GRIS endeavours to break down prejudices constructively.
