Up with women / Exponenti’elles

We are in 2009; it would have taken Lia Grimanis over 10 years to move from being homeless to having a thriving career in the technology sector. Keeping a promise she had made to herself – to help other women rebuild their lives faster than she did – she launched the Up With Women career and business program.

Today, Up With Women/Exponenti’elles (UWW/EXP) is a national charity supporting women and gender-diverse individuals experiencing low income to build a sustainable pathway out of poverty and realize their full potential. Through a year-long, personalized coaching program, clients gain the tools, confidence, and support needed to achieve long-term economic stability.
