Here are the principles that guide the work of the team responsible for relations with applicant organisations.

1. All new applications to the Foundation begin with the submission of a letter of intent or intent form, through our digital platform. We do not accept applications by email. 
   
   
2. We do not have a deadline for submitting new applications: we accept intent forms throughout the year.
   
   
3. All applications are read and analysed (by humans). They are processed as quickly as possible and presented to the Donations Committee at the appropriate time (the Donations Committee meets six times a year).
   
   
4. Organisations may submit an intent form every twelve months. They are not eligible to receive more than one donation within a 12-month period.
   
   
5. The Foundation strives to provide long-term support to organisations. Donations for the mission may be spread over several consecutive years, with a maximum of 10 years. Donations to the cultural sector are valid for a maximum of five years.
   
   
6. Our accountability process consists of an annual 30-45 minute meeting. This approach is designed to encourage direct and spontaneous conversations. Beyond our donation, we want to hear about your successes, challenges, needs, learnings, etc. We will also ask for your latest Activity Report and Financial Statements.
   
   
7. Applications for major donations from large institutions, such as universities, must be submitted by their development offices in order to be considered.
   
   
8. In the case of major gifts, fundraising campaigns and multi-year donations, a three-year dormancy period is generally imposed when the donation becomes inactive. We will then inform the organisations concerned of the date on which they will be eligible to submit a new intent form.
   
   

9. Thank you for your invitations to your annual general meetings or charity events. Unfortunately, due to the large number of invitations we receive, we are unable to attend.
