In 2021, Imagine launched the HR Intervals tool, which offers online resources to help NPO managers, employees and board members better understand, take control of and guide people management in their organizations. This tool is all the more relevant given that Canadian NPOs employ over 2.4 million people. At the same time, less than 1% of these organizations can count on a dedicated human resources resource.

The Foundation hopes to contribute to the development and ongoing improvement ofIntervalles RH, a site that has been visited more than 160,000 times since 2021.
